Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
With all original tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Clearance items
Intimates and swimwear
Jewelry and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

How to Start a Return

Contact us at rustytinboutique@hotmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Once approved, ship the item back to us and we'll process your refund or store credit within 5–7 business days of receiving it.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
